Our passion for nano reefing started with a small 10 gallon tank setup. What started out as a freshwater hobby, the transition to saltwater happened rather quickly. Our fascination of the wonders of the ocean and the love of nano reefing lead to creating this website.

 

The purpose of NanoAquatic is to provide information on keeping small reef aquariums, both high end and affordable, in this economic hard times. Even though financial problems might hold you at the brink of wanting to forfeit the idea of keeping a reef aquarium, we'll help you find affordable methods to keep you in the hobby. The definition of nano might vary, so we'll keep our main focus range between 5 to 40 gallons(though information on much bigger tanks are included as well).

 

Scientifically proven, keeping pets will keep you healthy. Both WebMD and NIH states that keeping pets will improve stress conditions as well as providing a healthier heart. Reef creatures will surely fascinate any and all those who are fond of the colorful living creatures in the coral reef.
